Delivery and Returns
We work with many Polish manufacturers. Each of them has their own individual order processing policy. Most of the products we offer are available upon request and made to order, which opens up great opportunities for personalization. It also means that such orders will take longer to process. You can find exact information about the delivery time on the product page.
Goods that at the time of ordering had an availability status of "In stock" can be returned without stating a reason within 14 days from the date they were received. Products with the status of "Available on request", due to the nature of such order, are not returnable.
If you wish to return a product, please email us at contact@igludecor.com. Do not return the product directly to the Manufacturer without first arranging a return with us.
