PURCHASES
Can I pay upon delivery?
Due to the nature of our cooperation with the suppliers, we do not currently offer the option of cash on delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return a product provided it had the "Available immediately" status on the product page at the time of placing the order. Modified or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment methods currently available in the store are:
- credit or debit card,
- traditional transfer,
- Przelewy24 fast payments,
- express checkout - Google Pay and Apple Pay.
The estimated delivery date has passed and I haven't received my products. What do I do?
We strive to ensure that the products ordered from us arrive on time and we always try to inform you in advance about any delays. However, if despite the arrangements the goods have not been shipped within the specified time, please contact us at contact@igludecor.com as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has yet to be confirmed, we can cancel it at your request. In that case contact us as soon as possible at contact@igludecor.com. If the order has already been confirmed by our team and is already being processed, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel.
Can I customize a product?
Many of our pieces are made to order and modified according to the buyer's specifications. You will always find information about this and possible samples on the product page. The most common modifications are dimensions, color or material.
In some cases, the manufacturer allows for more advanced changes. If you have a customization idea make sure to write to us at contact@igludecor.com. We will check with the manufacturer if such an order is possible and will get back to you within 2 business days.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Większość naszych produktów jest wytwarzana na zamówienie, dlatego realizacja zależy od wielu czynników, między innymi od dostepności materiałów oraz czasu, jaki potrzeba na wyprodukowanie towaru. Często są to meble robione ręcznie, którym producent poświęca maksimum uwagi i które dopracowuje w każdym szczególe. W opisie produktu zawsze znajdziesz przewidywalny maksymalny czas realizacji zamówienia, bez różnicy czy są to meble dostepne od ręki, czy produkowane na zamówienie.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you have placed an order and have not yet received an email about its status changing to "In progress", and you want to make changes please write to us at contact@igludecor.com. In some cases, it might still be possible.
SHIPPING
Is inside delivery included in shipping?
Our partners choose their delivery means and shopping companies individually. We will always inform you about the scope of the delivery service in the description on the product page, as well as in the e-mail informing you that the product has been shipped.
Why is my order split into different shipping methods?
We work with suppliers from all over Poland and the products are often shipped directly from their locations. Therefore, we are not always able to combine all products into one package. You will always see the complete breakdown of all shipping methods and costs in your cart and during checkout.
What is happening to my order?
We will always inform you about the latest status of your order by e-mail once it changes. If your parcel has already been shipped, use the tracking link you received in your latest order update to find out where it is and when you can expect delivery.
Do you deliver outside of Poland?
We generally, don't offer shipping outside of Poland as a default. If you are interested in purchasing a specific product please contact us at contact@igludecor.com - we will see what we can do!
MISCELLANEOUS
I am an architect/interior designer. How can I work with you?
Iglu Decor was created out of love for interior design! That is why we gladly invite designers and architecture firms to collaborate with us. Make sure to drop us a line at marketing@igludecor.com.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical location or a showroom, but we are definitely considering this possibility in the future! Follow our social media, because that's where we post all our updates.
