By completing the purchase form and placing an order, the customer consents to the collection and processing of his personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of May 4, 2016, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) by the Administrator for the purpose necessary to implement the provisions of these Regulations and the services provided on the basis thereof.

The Customer’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of processing orders, complaints and returns, recording transactions in the Store’s IT accounting system for the period required by law and storing personal data in the IT accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions made by the Store; The basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 section 1 GDPR.
    14. With additional consent granted by the Customer, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, in particular to present the Customer with the store’s commercial offer and other marketing information related to the Store.

In order to subscribe to the newsletter and consent to receiving it during the registration or ordering process (consent to receiving commercial information electronically), it is only necessary to provide the e-mail address to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent. The Customer may unsubscribe from sending such information at any time.

The name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address provided as the Customer’s delivery address when placing the order are transferred to the partner executing the orders and transport companies (please read the information clauses regarding the Processing of entrusted data by the Administrator and partners executing the orders).
    17. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
    18. The customer also has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, to object to data processing, transfer of data and the right to withdraw consent.
